William "Kent" Chadwick is the owner/president of several multi-faceted real estate investment, land development and construction businesses. From his early days in Northern Virginia, Chadwick has been in residential and commercial construction since his early 20s. He started Md. Quality Homes, LLC. over 40 years ago, developing and building a number of premier communities and commercial properties in Prince Georges, St. Mary's and Charles counties. He was the developer and builder of Potomac Square and Quailwood in Charles County, as well as Willow Creek, Mallards Pond, and Plantation Pines.

From Maryland Quality Homes, Chadwick branched out into land development, and began a number of projects, such as Laurelwood, Coachman's Path, and Turtle Creek. He started C & K Properties with his wife, Ann in 2006. Together, they expanded their operations into Chadwick Companies. He oversees day to day operations and management of these three companies, as well as a number of other land development corporations.

Chadwick has been active in numerous community, professional and industry organizations throughout his career; he currently is a member of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce and the Building Trades Association.
